Mukhtasar (Roman Urdu): Aap ki dukan ka data (products, bill, customers, udhaar khata, kharche) sirf aap ki dukan ke liye mehfooz server par rakha jata hai. Hum yeh data bechte nahi, ishtehar ke liye istemal nahi karte, aur kisi aur dukan ko nahi dikhate. Bluetooth sirf receipt printer ke liye, camera sirf barcode scan ke liye, aur microphone sirf tab jab aap AI se bol kar sawal karein. 1. Who we are

NextGen Karobar is a point-of-sale and bookkeeping service for shops, operated by NextGen AI Developers ("we"). Contact: WhatsApp +92 312 2546562.

2. Data we process

Account data: shop name, phone number, the usernames and names of staff you add, and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Business records you enter: products, prices, stock, sales bills, purchases, expenses, cash and bank entries, and customer and supplier names, phone numbers and balances.
Technical data: app version, device type and error reports, used only to fix problems.
Voice (optional): if you tap the microphone to ask the assistant a question, a short recording is sent to our server, converted to text by Cloudflare Workers AI, and not stored.

3. How we use it

To run the service for your shop: bills, ledgers, stock, reports, backups and sync between your devices.
To send messages you choose to send (for example a WhatsApp bill or reminder). These open in your own WhatsApp; we do not send them for you.
To give support when you contact us, and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share one shop's records with another shop.

4. Device permissions (Android app)

Bluetooth (nearby devices): only to print receipts on a Bluetooth printer you have already paired. We do not scan for or track other devices.
Camera: only to scan product barcodes when you tap Scan. Images are processed on the phone and not uploaded.
Microphone: only while you hold the voice button for the assistant.
Files / share: only when you export a report, backup or bill and choose where to save or send it.

5. Where data is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (hosting and AI processing), protected in transit with HTTPS and accessible only through our server, which checks that each request belongs to the right shop and user.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your shop's records while your account is active so that your ledgers stay complete. Deleted bills and entries first go to a recycle bin, from which the shop owner can restore them. To delete your account and all of your shop's data, message us on WhatsApp +92 312 2546562 from the shop's registered number. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can export your data (Excel / backup) from the app at any time before deletion.

7. Children

The service is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, show a notice in the app.
